The Company We Keep

Warmland Strategy is led by Katherine Devine, but it doesn’t run on a single name. It runs on trust, collaboration, and long-standing working relationships built over decades of shared projects and purpose.
That’s why we’re proud to feature the people who make the work work: a trusted network of collaborators across the country (and beyond) who bring their own strengths to the table—project managers, facilitators, analysts, researchers, communicators, and more.
Each of these people is gainfully employed elsewhere—and generously contributes their time and expertise to Warmland projects when it aligns. They don’t need the spotlight, but they deserve the recognition. Their fingerprints are on every outcome we’re proud of.
Let’s Get to Work
If you’ve got a big idea, a complex project, or a question you can’t quite pin down—we’re here to help you sharpen the focus, set the course, and get it done. Whether we work together once or for years to come, we’ll bring a calm, focused approach that moves things forward with care and clarity.
Take a look at Our Team.
See the work. And let’s talk.
